Vienna is the city with the highest quality of life in the world and combines old and new in a unique way. In addition, the city is home to the only Humboldt Centre in Austria. With its 1.7 million inhabitants, the Austrian capital is at the same time the most populated city, where a very charming and musical variant of the German language is spoken.
In addition to the historical centre and Schloss Schönbrunn Palace, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites, you can visit countless castles, museums and sights, such as the Stephansdom, Vienna’s cathedral, or the Riesenrad Ferris wheel in the Prater park. And then there are the cafés, the Sachertorte, the Wiener Schnitzel and the famous Naschmarkt market: Vienna offers a rich programme for all tastes!
Summer courses in Vienna take place at the Jugendgästehaus Wien-Brigittenau, near the Danube and Danube Island. German lessons in Vienna are held in bright and beautiful seminar rooms in the Youth House, some of which are air-conditioned. Since our students live in the same building as the classes, they do not have to leave the premises and only have to travel short distances to get to class.
