If the change takes place before the start of the language stay and within the time limits imposed by the chosen school (see p.4), the school will notify the school abroad and issue a new, updated invoice, if applicable. Once the chosen course has begun, we recommend making arrangements directly with the school abroad for any desired course change.

If there are no special cancellation conditions of the chosen school, if the cancellation takes place more than 30 days before the start of the course the following percentages are applied with respect to the cost of the full course (course + accommodation + any other optional extras required): from 29 to 15 days before the start of the course 30% of the amount from 14 to 1 day before the start of the course 50% of the amount.
After the start of the course, no refund will be possible if the course is dropped or interrupted.
